Bought a car back in Sept. have yet to receive my title (it's now Dec) because Leonardtown Ford has not submitted the current title to the MVA. They do not return phone calls, when asking how they intend to find a resolution to the problem, they created. This is above and beyond the fact that I had to sign all of my paper work twice, because they made up an address for me on the first set of paperwork. When I left the lot, the used car I purchased had less then a half of tank of gas. The car I traded in had more gas then the one I purchased. My opinion just don't, the headaches and hassles are not worth it, go somewhere else.
Had "the works" performed before a road trip as I paid for the maintenance plan when I purchased the vehicle. Check out sheet says that engine air filter and cabin filter were replaced. After the service I checked the engine air filter and it was dirty and had leaves and other debris in there. Clearly not a new filter. Skimping on something this small leaves me wondering what else could have been marked as completed that was not. $70k+ truck and a maintenance plan where $20 filters are not being replaced. Unfortunate.
